For your convenience, here are step-by-step instructions you can include when sharing the link with your guests:

1. Click on the booking link (above).

2. Scroll down and select your desired stay dates.

3. Click View Prices.

4. Choose your preferred room type and complete the reservation.

The block cut-off date is October 25th, 2025. After this date, the group rate and remaining rooms will no longer be available. I’ll be sure to send a reminder as we get closer to the deadline.

It is possible to drive the morning of November 8. See NOR. We do have a block of rooms for Novebmer 7, at the Holiday in for $149, and a Block of rooms at the Best Western for $124. Both hotels have a pool.

Please let me know what hotel you want so I can cancel the other.

Best Western has a breakfast, but the regatta also supplies breakfast.

The Holiday in is great because they have a restaurant on site and it is wonderful for parents and sailors to get together.

Also, see the NOR if you want to purchase the wonderful full Thanksgiving feast for yourself. The sailors are included in our fee.

We might be able to add another team, as of now we have 2 teams, a total of 10 sailors. If not and we have more interest, we have to tow boats.
