New sailors practice from 4 – 7 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Monday/Wednesday is for more advanced sailors.
At 6:30, parent volunteers provide an after-practice meal for the sailors while the coaches debrief. You can partner with another family if you wish.
Drop off and pick up is always at the Sailing Center:
NO! The bronze level membership is designed to teach you about the program and how to sail. If you have sailing experience, our coaches will assess whether to offer you a place at a higher level.
YES! Sailing is a non contact sport and sailors are taught how to sail safely before they are allowed to race.
Sailors are always supervised on the water and all of our coaches are trained in first aid. Our CEO – Dr Lynn Frikker – is also an Emergency Physician.
